Thank you

I am back from California. I had a wonderful time. My only regrets were that I did not get to see Jan and Whitey and it was too short of a trip.
I did see my brother and Shalene. Ange drove down from Chico and we all went out w/ Marija. I think good times were had by all. We did A LOT of laughing. I did a little crying when saying hello and goodbye again.
It was amazing how we fell right back into comfortable friendship exchanges. I guess good and real friendships do that. No matter how much distance or time seperates you. But I will not allow this to happen again. I will not go another year and a half with out hugging my dearest friends and loved ones. Not if I can help it.
Virgina, Korea, Serbia ... they are all so far away, I may not have a choice but suffer dearly and cling to emails, phone calls, and occasional letters. But California is cose enough to vow that this will not happen again.
Thank you to Joe and Shalene for housing us all and going out with us. Thank you to Angie and Marija for turning everthing upside down to join us. Thank you to Denise for the amazing road trip. Thank you to Andy for resucing Denise and Angie. And thank you to Robbie AKA "Bruno" and the rest of the security staff for the personal escort through and out of the night club. We felt like Rock stars!
